2009 Finalists announced
The judging for the Nursing Standard Nurse Awards 2009 took place on Tuesday May 26 and Wednesday May 27 at the Royal College of Nursing, London. Maura Buchanan, President of the Royal College of Nursing, praised the dedication, determination and commitment of the finalists in improving the care and treatment of their patients.
Winners will be presented with their award on Monday November 9 at a prestigious awards ceremony held at the Dorchester, London. At the end of the evening, one of the category winners will be chosen to receive the ultimate accolade of Nursing Standard Nurse of the Year 2009.
